What do we mean by "Hurricane-Tested Roofing"?

What do we mean when we say that Gerard Stone-Coated Steel Roofing is "Hurricane-Tested"? Just look at the photos below.

Hurricane Ivan was the strongest hurricane of the 2004 Atlantic hurricane season. Ivan reached Category 5 strength, the strongest possible category. Ivan became the sixth most intense Atlantic hurricane on record. At its peak in the Gulf of Mexico, Ivan was the size of the state of Texas. It also spawned 117 tornadoes across the eastern United States.

Looking at the photos below, it's easy to see why this homeowner chose Stone-Coated Steel Roofing. Asphalt shingles and clay and concrete tiles were easily blown by the intense winds. But this homeowner had a completely undamaged roof!
